In the flipped classroom methodology we implement, learners study the course content independently, at their own pace, assisted by technology, thus empowering students to take charge of their own learning journey and encouraging life-long learning habits. Class time is used in purposeful interactive activities that engage previously acquired knowledge, promote critical thinking skills, peer mentoring, and instructor-customized student feedback.
